More city officers move to sheriff’s office

A third Park Rapids police officer will be joining the Hubbard County Sheriff’s Department this spring as more officers leave the city squad.

While the P.R. officers are probably good candidates, the Sheriff should be looking at a much wider pool of talent. It lacks ethics to simply hire away local officers just because you have known them. Show a little more leadership than the previous Sheriff.
