Johnson tells commission he’s retiring from position

Noel Johnson, chief operating officer of Stutsman County, announced his retirement from the position during the regular County Commission meeting Tuesday.
The move came during discussion concerning the new job descriptions for the treasurer and recorders offices recently vacated by the retirement of Jan Thompson and Karen Samek.
