I am 100% with you on this. You should google Temple Grandin. Every Veterinarian, every slaughter house knows who she is. She is the 800 Lb. Gorilla in the room to all large cattle producers and hog producers. Her name is all you would need to say to anyone who you suspect is not complying with regulations. I urge you to look up Temple Grandin on the Internet. She created Grandin Agrisystems. To make a long story short, McDonalds, Burger King and I believe Wendy’s and other food chains will not buy meat from any slaughter house that does not comply with Temple Grandin’s humane slaughter system. Please check it out. You will be so glad you did.
