No, you do not have to be consistant. We are talking about the food shelf here. You know, starving people? $200 measly bucks. How cheap can you be. I don’t how Mayor Carroll and Sue Tomte can sleep at night. You all should be ashamed and embarrassed. I bet they don’t even have the decency to make a personal contribution to make up for it.
