County to merge health and family services

When every other county in this state is moving forward nobles county in moving backwards. When others are looking to join with other counties to be more efficient and try and save money and provid a better service to their citizens nobles county does just the opposite.
When will the commissioners wake up this had nothing to do with better service or being a better fit for the county its all about Ruppert and control and he did not want to loose this too.
You need to get rid of him before nobles county is standing all alone.
