Plat step OK’d in club deal

“The club will likely need to apply for a full liquor license since it will open year-round.”
They do NOT need to apply for a full liquor license. When they are a club not for profit. They can apply for a Sunday club license. There will be additional charge from the state and if City of Two Harbors will allow it.
The ones that have to apply for a full liquor license are the Non-Club, commercial establishments that are open to the public.
