North Dakota group joins biotech alfalfa lawsuit

The Dakota Resource Council in North Dakota has joined a lawsuit in California over biotech alfalfa. The lawsuit in federal court in San Francisco challenges the federal government’s deregulation of alfalfa that is genetically altered to withstand the popular weed killer Roundup. Continue Reading
