President Barack Obama authorized limited military action against Libya today, saying Moammar Gadhafi’s continued assault on his own people left the U.S. and its international partners with no other choice. “We cannot stand idly by when a tyrant tells his people there will be no mercy,” Obama said in a statement from Brazil.
But in Iraq he was willing to do that.
Where are the cries of “no blood for oil” or “Obama lied and people died”? Where are people asking about Al Queda in Libya or how we are going to pay for this? Sudden silence from the Left as their god starts his own war.
