Whatever is put at this location is only going to increase traffic and make it even more difficult to commute south of the Interstate. You don’t need to put a building on every blade of grass in town. Move to Woodbury if you want to live on concrete and wait at every intersection.

Commercial is what aids in bringing down your tax base. News flash we are not small town Hudson anymore. We have experienced growth in the past 10 years and there is more to come. I for one will be more than excited to see something come in that can contribute to our tax base and create jobs for our community.
