Morning State Budget News: State Senate votes strictly on collective bargaining measure, passes 18-1

Wisconsin News — Wisconsin senators voted last night to strip most state-and-local public union workers of their collective bargaining privileges.

“Three-week exile”? Nobody forced them to leave (except maybe the Unions). No work got done, and the taxpayers were forced to pay for it… I call that a 3-week vacation.
