Finally! I just hope that parents do their part, too – which is actually just about all of it. If parents were more involved, we’d all be better off. Good luck enforcing this effectively any other way.

People don’t understand what bullying is in this community. Instead of addressing its motives they deem it senseless and make a rule against it. We need to go deeper than banning bullying to address the real problem.
Kids police each other into how they believe they should act. Think I’m full of it? Put a bright pink shirt on your 5th grader and have him wear it to any American school. See what happens? You won’t see that bullying in Korea. The Koreans know better than to police each other at such young ages, there’s no bullying problem over there.
