If you check the NWS website, http://www.weather.gov/climate/getclimate.php?wfo=dlh , you will find we are +1.1 degrees above normal for February so far, NOT 2 degrees. In December we were -1.2 degrees BELOW normal. In January, we were -1.3 degrees BELOW normal. So, for the first time in three months, we have a few days that are above normal. And it feels GREAT!
