In defending his bill, Kasper said it’s the job of lawmakers to represent the people and make changes deemed right for the people.
Well, the conservatives in Bismarck also want to change and draw up new boundary lines for voting districts, so the conservatives will win most elections.
I wonder how the Forum will stand on this dictator style of conservative government in North Dakota?
