“The heater will be replaced with a gas heater at a cost of $28,260. Money was allocated from the building fund for the purchase of energy saving items, and the switch from electric to gas is estimated to save the county more than $3,000.” Please tell me that’s a typo. A new electric heater shouldn’t be more than $2,000. I’m not good at math but something doesn’t add up.
