If everyone were required to take a weekly trip to the feedlots and slaughter houses (where 300-400 cattle per hour are supposedly killed but really many are not, just skinned and dismembered while still alive) we would see a marked drop in the consumption of beef, pork and poultry. I know Dave’s no bleeding heart, so his reaction is pretty much what anyone’s would be to this.These feed lots are mostly out of sight — and out of mind. WE should be outraged instead of accepting!
