He admits he walked in with a loaded gun (which I believe he had left the bar,went home, got the gun, and came back to the bar with) but he didn’t intend to kill him? What — he just intended to injure him?? Give me a break!

I don’t know all the facts surrounding this case, but wielding a loaded shot gun into a bar? That alone should carry a 20yr sentence.

blasting a guy with a shotgun nets ten years, clubbing to death with a hammer will get you life. Must be some damn good lawyer work
