Great article Dennis! I agree . John Hawkes is a great actor. (One of the greatest, in my opinion). I’m not agreeing because he is from Alexandria, it’s because he has the ability to adapt to any role he plays. Many actors are cast for a part because they “fit the role.” But, John has the rare ability to become the person he is cast to play. His wide diversity of characters has proved this time and time again. His roles in “The perfect Storm”, “Me, You, and Everyone We Know”, “Identity”, “Winter’s Bone”, (Just to name a few), the list goes on and on… He is truely a great actor, well deserving of an Oscar. And like you, I will be watching the Oscars, eagerly awaiting the recognition he so well deserves. Once again, thank-you Dennis for the great article, and thank-you John for sharing your unique and wonderful talent with us.
