Agreed. How do we find out the 13 who voted for this garbage. They are not capable of making intelligent decisions and with their power should be considered dangerous.

LOL, talk about naive. The article said it would have banned the alcohol, but in truth, just like the smoking laws, they would have gotten rid of the minors instead.
