its about time.. i am sick of big daddy slapping my hands for being a smoker.. its my choice…if you dont smoke just dont go into that bar.. simple as that… there are plenty of places you can go … so got on your band wagon and tell me all the evils of smoking.. i have heard them all.. big deal… i still want a place where i can go and smoke..

I’d love to see them try this. A) the public majority supports smoke free air, so to repeal this law would be political suicide, B) repealing this law would re-expose the citizens of minnesota to chemicals that are known to cause cancer. Might as well knowingly distribute arsenic-laced napkins at those smoke-filled bars and call it legal. Not to mention adding to the state deficit as the number of people with tobacco-related diseases dramatically increases. Smart…really smart.
