Local business exceeded its original fundraising goal
WORTHINGTON JBS employees raised $60,556 for the United Way of Nobles County this year, nearly doubling its funds and bringing the group closer to its goal of $140,000.

Good job JBS employees you see the value in giving something back to the area. Its to bad that JBS itself does not match what its employees give and give something back to this area instead of taking all the time, come on JBS its time to step up to the plate like your employees.

To clarify: The incentives JBS gave its employees (including paid days off and gift certificates) in order to facilitate fundraising efforts and encourage people to donate money to United Way amounted to many thousands of dollars.

Thats good that they do that for these people, now I would like to see JBS do something that will show they really care about this area and give some cash back to the area how about they match what the employees gave and make a donation to the United Way.
