They need to move the trial out of ND, this was one of the biggest stories last year, how can they find an impartial jury, they need to do this right the first time, this guy has money and he has a good lawyer.

They didn’t move the trial for Navinda.If Kirkpatrick gets off of this charge,it would be a gross injustice for his granddaughter.
