Whether we like what an elected official stands for or not? Isn’t an elected official elected to stand for it’s electors and not what HE/SHE stands for?
as Americans who want best for our country? Kind of an oxymoron is it not saying we should not care what the official stands for and we are Americans who want best for our country? Plus it should say (want what is best)
What else did Obama say? Remember when he said not to jump to conclusions in the Fort Hood killings by a Muslim? But now it’s O.K. with him and no mention of not jumping to conclusions?

What I am saying is, you didn’t hear this jargon from our leader this time. Why?

No, if the elected official stands for what the majority of the people want then yes, but if it is obvious that they are supporting something that 80% of the people don’t want, then NO! They are elected to represent the people, the majority of the people, not their special interests.. Anything else means you are standing behind whoever has the most money (usually lobbyists) and that is what got us to this point in time, we deserve better. Big money is what has run us into the ground on either side; we need to get back to People Rule!
