North Dakota has a Republican dominated Legislature, And as everyone knows by now Republicans think rules and laws are for others. They just go through some motions to make it appear as if they are following the rules and laws. All too often they are not. All smoke and mirrors. You can bet somebody is making money.

Hey, Lloyd, what gives? I thought you “progressive†types had no use for constitutions. Whenever Tea Party members, Libertarians or non-RINO Republicans want the government to live within limits imposed on them by these constitutions, your type decry them. I thought you left-wing nutters believe constitutions are living, breathing documents that must change with the whims of the party in power – at least when left winger hold power.
