“Out of the initial $150,000, we did spend $95,000 on this project,‗-So where do they think this money came from? Call it a grant or anything else you want, it’s still TAXPAYER’S money! So $95,000 was spent to accomplish what? How many $$$ were spent on the wages of all these coutny and city leaders attending countless meetings with zero results. What a waste of time and taxpayers money.
