Kneading the dough is the hardest part for me. I turn in the tv and before I know it, I’ve kneaded the dough too much!
I sure am super happy that the Jamestown Sun allows us to comment on these types of articles! This (the article on making bread…) really promotes a great discussion on today’s current events. As a matter of fact, this strategy is exactly the opposite of having to “fill the pages”!
For real though, this is good bread – use a whole grain flour, not the bleached stuff. Bad for ya.
