Nothing like an all-school assembly to tell everyone where to get it, what to do with it, and how many of your friends are probably smoking it this very evening! Sounds like the Chappelle’s Show where Tyrone Biggums does a very special drug education class with the elementary school!

I don’t get all the recent hysteria over “synthetic” drugs. As far as I understood it, the only allure of synthetic cannabis was that it was legal for a while so it was safer to purchase and possess. Now that it’s illegal, hasn’t it lost it’s edge? I imagine in a short time traditional cannabis will be easier to obtain and from what I’ve read the synthetic doesn’t give the same reaction and causes extra health problems. Why bring so much attention to this?
Pet peeve: I understand using the term “synthetic” to label the synthetic cannabis since it’s active ingredients are actually lab formulated cannabinoids as opposed to naturally occurring ones from traditional cannabis. But “synthetic drugs” doesn’t make sense since most other drugs are refined or formulated and thus they would be synthetic as well. Saying synthetic drugs should include the majority of street drugs, pharmaceuticals, alcohol, etc. It just seems like a poor choice in terms when they’re really only discussing one synthetic drug.
