Deport them. Like most of the Roma Bosnians, they milk the system for everything possible, and its still not enough. They pull off this fraud which makes all of our insurance rates go up. Send a message and send them back. Maybe then, they’ll understand how good they had it here.

Unbelievable and where did all this money go? Let me guess these guys have nothing but the finest clothes and vehicles insurance money can buy all on the American tax payer. You don’t have to wonder what kind of justice these guys would get in Bosnia; it would not even make the news but here in the United States of America they get no seconds on desert.

Deport them. They knowingly committed a crime. They have learned their lesson? Highly doubtful.

Again deport them and they are never allowed to enter this country again. I have worked with many Bosnians and they are all thieves and law breakers. Get rid of them now and save the courts future problems with these two, and while they are at it send Mottinger with them because he ain’t no better, just another thief.

This is an exact representation of what our country is and where it’s going – downward spiral. It amazes me how our system allows just a slap on the hand. If any natural born US citizen was to go over to Bosnia let alone any other country and commit such crime, we would be sitting in the clink for 10 plus years not to mention probably getting shot as they could not afford to pay the prison bill. FM area representatives need to stop being soft and stand up and be leaders or in the coming years, this area will becomes trash like alot of other regions in the states..

Perhaps you’d be happier living in one of those “normal” countries. Don’t let the door hit you on the a$$ on the way out…

I used to live by these guys south of West Acres. The ironic thing is, they don’t drive nice cars, they don’t wear nice clothes, and when somebody was moving out and throwing things in the dumpster, they were the first to dumpster dive. Like mcalleyboy said, where’s all the money going?!

This isnt true. I also lived next to this family. The younger of the two drove a Benz and then traded that when he recked it for a nicer car and was always dressed in Abercrombie and GAP clothes and AERO..ALWAYS… they always had jewerly on and the older one had a new vehicle everytime we saw him. So they were obviously usuing the money.

Let’s see, 37 claims collecting 1k-7k a piece. That is 37k-259K they stole. So they break the law, have thousands in stolen money and get 30 days jail and $315 a piece in restitution. Sounds like a deal I want to get in on.

30 days!!!! what kinda of justice system do we have? A racketeering conviction on 40 cases should be life or immediate deportation.

I’m kind of wondering that myself. My parents were victims of an investment fraud and the case is still going on 5 years later! The parasitic blood-sucking lawyers on the criminal’s side gets all these delays, meanwhile the victims suffer. America gives more rights to criminals than to the victims. Thirty whole days, now there’s a deterrent!

Deport them, period. These transplants need to be treated like the rest of us, and I doubt that any of the rest of us would be looking at just 30 days in jail for 37 crimes. What’s this bit about a plea deal? Deport them or throw the book at them. I am getting tired of this bit of treating immigrients with kid gloves — they know exactly what they are doing.

A Class B Felony carries up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. These guys get 30 days in jail — and that’s what the PROSECUTOR recommended!

What an absolute joke!!!!!! Oh and here’s something to make your blood boil even more: since they were sentenced to less than a year of jail, once they complete their probation, these charges are automatically dropped to misdemeanors. So if these guys behave for 18 months, the class B felonies will no longer be on their record. Unbelievable. They should’ve each gotten a year and a day to make the felonies stick and to actually PUNISH them. Then deport these worthless pieces of human garbage.

Kevin good one! A real eye opener to those that defend our immigrant policy, somehow these two clowns you listed above Lisa Rinehart and Nancy Kochmann are trying to say if we went to Somalia or another country as an Immigrant we would have to go through what these Immigrants go through, HUGH! If any American wants to Immigrate abroad, well you better have wealth, steady income or a pension and be of sound mind and good health and all these Visa requirements are paid by you, these are just a few of the requirements into another country, “I should know” to anyone that doubts this I live in the Philippines, they don’t provide me with any assistance what so ever, it’s all on me, I also am learning the local language “Tagalog, I purchased a DVD learning set from Rosetta Stone and it cost me almost $500.

I’m not happy they are not being deported, but if they have to stay here, then at LEAST remove their ability to use a vehicle FOREVER!

This short of illegal business needs to be met with strict consequence. A deportation is exactly what is needed here – they could have killed someone with their accident scam.

lion tardd.. Do you know what an Alford Plea is?? It is in the article. These guys have been caught red handed BUT REFUSE TO ADMIT THEY ARE GUILTY!.. But yet the plea admits that they know there is enough evidence to convict them in a court of law???
So does it matter if they said they were “SORRY” when they aren’t taking responsibility for what they have done?
They need to be sent back to Bosnia.

And you believe they’re sorry? Bosnians are known for cheating and lying to get ahead or if it benefits them. The only reason they’re sorry is because they got caught.
The deported Hidanovic for the riot/fight. $200K worth of fraud sounds like a good reason to deport. What other good have they done for the community?

Let’s ask them to convince a jury why they should NOT be deported. List the good things you have done for the community, and then we will see if this conscious systematic insurance fraud, which you are somehow NOT being ordered to repay (absolutely blows my mind that we are letting them KEEP THE SPOILS OF THEIR CRIME!?!?!), outweighs the fine upstanding contributions they have made.
Either deport them or put them to work in hard labor until they have paid back their debt to society and the insurance companies.

It is ridiculous that they only got 30 days in jail. That is like a slap on the hand. They need to be deported ASAP. Too bad that takes quite a long time (which it shouldn’t) I worked with one of them and he drove a VERY NICE CAR… probably 3X the amount my car is worth… wore lots of gold jewelry… and name brand clothing. Ya, I am sure they dumpster dived too because they are all about getting things for free… get em outta here!!!!!!!!!!

Lion, if you think they are such upstanding citizens, why don’t you go bake them a pie and tell them you are sorry we considered a harsher sentence, but since you learned your lesson we can just be friends!?!?!
Bottom line – they are bottom feeders, sucking from the system, increasing yours and my insurance premiums, CONSCIOUSLY bilking innocent people out of their money. They are trash and should be deported!!!!!!!!
Why do you recommend saving up money for jewelry like ‘they did’? They STOLE IT FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANIES!! THEY USED A BRICK TO MAKE ACCIDENTS WORSE THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN!!!! THEY PURPOSELY GOT INTO ACCIDENTS!!! IN A BIGGER CITY THESE LEECHES WOULD BE SHOT ON THE SPOT IF THEY DID THIS TO THE WRONG PERSON!!!!!
Why is it so hard to convince a liberal that some people are better off being removed from the rest of society?

lion tardd you yourself must be bosnian the way you talk and support these loosers. Nothing but a bunch of thieves is all they are and need to be deported. Like I said I worked with a bunch of these thieves at a company in Fargo that supported these thieves and punished the Americans when they did wrong. The excuse was that they didn’t know any better, bs, they were laughing at how stupid management was in this company and are still laughing till this day.

Abu al Khyar: The judge did determine the penalty and Judges make mistakes and if there is some sort of election for him I hope everyone remembers his name. The majority of people on this board don’t care for this verdict and want more justice and basically are tired of Immigrants and their cost to the American tax payer, we don’t want them from Somalia or Bosnia anymore, we have enough settling in the area.

Mr Antpalini, Are you suggesting that I should be kicked out of this country? For what reason? Does my name scare you? Do you feel threatened by me? Do you feel I do not deserve to live in this country? How are you different from me? What makes you more worth than me? What criteria do you espouse for people living in the US? Are you suggesting any particular race, ethnic group, political party, socio-economic group, or sexual orientation should have preference over others? Please explain.

Part of the issue for the folks on this particular situation is where do you deport them? The Roma’s don’t have a place to be sent as they have been forced to move on a continual basis. This isn’t the first instance that a group of this descent has been shut down for the accident fraud. Its like everything else if this is your only job and you’ve at it a number of years, 200K isn’t a lot of money. In addition, they did have cost to repair there vehicle every time they wrecked it. The other group I mentioned had a house in an upper middle class neighborhood. THey would on average have 5-7 cars parked at the house and on the street with anywhere from 7-12 people living at the house. It was multiple families living in the which there are rules against in Fargo. When I called the city, the city first of all implied I was racist, whereas I just wanted compliance with the rules of the city like I followed, but the part that created issues for me is the city wanted me to do the work- time dated photos of the acticivity, taking down license plate numbers. They wanted me to prove that they were breaking the law.

Ah the forum readers showing their ignorance yet one more time. While I agree these guys should probably be deported, the typical stereotyping of every Bosnian coming here to milk the system blah blah blah is the same tired rag. I know of a Bosnian who came here and built his own cleaning company from scratch. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He was featured in the forum recently but none of you bigots remember that do you? Also, as the link I’ve already shown many times proves, immigrants are less likely to commit crimes. But what did I expect opening this thread? Bigots gonna bigot right?

Not talking about immigrants in general. Many of them are willing to join the system, learn the system, and be the system. Bosnians don’t want to do that, same as the Somalians and everyone else LSS dumps on Fargo/Moorhead. Sure there are a few good ones like your cleaning company friend, but most of them refuse to integrate, isolate themselves, and have nowhere to go but crime. That’s the problem. And then we are too soft on them when they act like this. That’s what ticks everyone off!
