Is this considered a corporate gift? Could it lead to the cops being less inclined to investigate any wrong doing at Target for fear of losing their free services? This arrangement seems troubling to me.
One of the PROPER roles of government is to investigate and prosecute times. This is something we SHOULD be paying for as taxpayers.
