Mysteries abound! Of course there was a snake pit of rules and regulations related to the operation of BT. Nulty as the GM of BT should have been aware of them. The VT DPS/PSB audit of BT claims there were serious and various violations of BT’s operating license and possibly state laws and BTV city charter starting in 2005 and becoming continuous after march of 2007. I dont understand what Nulty is claiming in regards to these violations? Was he aware of them? Did he speak freely about them before leaving? Did he inform the bank before signing? There is currently an FBI investigation and a VT special prosecutor has been appointed.
