Council handles organization matters

It was business as usual Monday at the first Farmington City Council meeting of 2011.
At least, business as usual for three out of the five members, since up until 7 p.m. that night, Jason Bartholomay had never taken a seat at the council table. Once Farmington’s newest council member was sworn in, though, Bartholomay joined right in on the action, making several motions in his first meeting. Continue Reading
