Nulty’s appears a little sketchy about that period from about march to july 2007 when BT went $8.5 million in debt to the cash pool in violation of its CPG condition 60. Its hard to imagine the GM of BT (Nulty) would not be aware of this since the $8.5 million had to come from somewhere? Did Nulty not know about CPG condition 60? Did Nulty thimk money grows on trees? I guess it just came from city hall and “i dont ask no questions!â€

Isn’t a General Manager supposed to have a thorough understanding of what is going on, and where the money is coming from and where it is going?
