You really want my photo of a blizzard?

How about some pictures of those “famous” people that were here for Christmas… any pictures of them out in this blizzard? Now that would be something.

Would be nice if you could actually click on the pictures and see them larger than the thumbnail. Kind of defeats the purpose of putting them online, huh?

Crash photos? Some lack of respect for the dead that the Forum has…

JEEZ! This is right! Those dang reporters have no respect!
I can not believe that the Forum has published photos of the dead! There must be some sort of decency in their staff somewhere!

After having lived in Fargo for a few years we should be posting pictures of Fargo roads vs. West Fargo roads. You’re a growing city, West Fargo, and your infrastructure and services are not keeping up with your pace of growth. Time to buy a few extra road graders and snow plows. It’s a disgrace when I hit the city line and residential roads are mostly cleared in Fargo and I doubt if a fire truck or ambulance could make it down many West Fargo streets in the newer areas. I know your city crews are probably working overtime, but that’s the problem. Your services haven’t grown with the city. Time for the town to realize they need to grow some city services. What are the new property taxes paying for in the new divisions? Obviously not snow removal or water that doesn’t have a yellowish tint.

I have to disagree with your here, I live in WF and was able to get around better in WF on Fri and Sat than I was in Fargo. 9th Ave in Fargo was almost impassable, the intersections on 13th were terrible (I pushed people out at the Olive Garden intersection and well as by 32nd St). So rather than pit city against city with your “envy” just be thankful that the streets are all cleaned and both cities did a good job.

I know this was a significant storm. But does that really justify the terrible job plowing Moorhead has been doing? In many areas they didn’t plow within 6 and sometimes 10 feet of the curb.
