The Ellsworth Care Center has shared a little history about Marion Anderson, age 100. Anderson was born on a farm in Ellsworth Township and attended the Freier School and then Ellsworth High School, where she graduated Valedictorian of her class. She lived on a farm most of her life and enjoyed the farm work. She would tell you “Faith in God, hard work, exercise and good food” would be the secret to longevity.
