Religion was invented by humans. It was created for moral control and inspire fear, aka hell. Also to create hope for people who are afraid of dying, aka heaven. It doesn’t fool me. When we die, we die. Simple as that and no fictional fairytale book will fool and dupe me into thinking otherwise. Live in reality. Live NOW. Accept everyone and love everyone. Do good things, just BECAUSE. Not because it’ll be your ‘ticket’ to heaven. Seems a little selfish to me.
Learn from those who are different from you. Do not condemn them and treat them any less. We are all equal. That life is what is worth living for. Not some dead man and an idea of a god who loves all but yet condemns. Extremely contradictory.

Delusion is what drives anything made up. You want to believe that some invisible thing spoke to people. So you are willing to believe it. People told you to believe in it. So you do. You even told ME not to question… you are enforcing on me YOUR religion. Not questioning is exactly what they want you to do and taught you to do because IT DOESN’T MAKE LOGICAL SENSE. Believe it or not, I feel that religion can be used for good. That does not bother me. What does bother me is when people choose excerpts from the man made bible (to which, you finally admitted that man in fact, wrote it) just to exclude, chastize & condemn other people who are different from you. That is NOT okay. The people you chose to be seperate from and condemn, share the same views and passions for your dead guy and the idea of a god. Yet, you now deny them their right to worship with you… disgusting.
So you are using the man made book as an excuse to condemn. Come repent? Repent for what? Repent TO what? The air? Or the science term, oxygen? You should be the one to repent…TO THE PEOPLE YOU CHOSE TO CONDEMN. They are hurt because of you. Look past the words of man and look at the people, who exist…are hurting. That’s what matters. People. If you believe they are going to your fictional hell, so be it. Who cares what you think of them. Just don’t shove what you believe on them to make yourself appear more ‘holy’ and that you are the ones who are ‘right’ in ‘gods’ eyes… That is what truly disgusts me. Everyone has a right to love who they want to love. Gender should not be an issue at all, period. Feelings are feelings. Some people even say feelings, are ‘god’ itself. And you dare to condemn that??
You are not ‘holy’ because you have the impression you have the right to be somehow better than them because of some text thousands of years ago.
Someone who appears ‘holy’ accepts and loves anyone and everyone, no matter what. Now that to me, is commendable and something to live your life by.

I know how you feel. I have spent many hours listening and debating other peoples religious beliefs with an open mind, but when I bring up my own beliefs, which are very similar to yours, you would think I grew horns out of my head.
