There is an epidemic lack of sense of future and prosperity on the Reservations. Small wonder the kids suffer from hopelessness leading to destructive behavior. Resources need to be channeled into providing opportunities and role models in order to change this cycle of poverty they endure.
Why is a child of 16 passed out drunk with an adult who would brand them? Someone should sit in jail for that.
