A special committee appointed to draft an anti-bullying policy for Jamestown Public Schools worked out the kinks in a rough draft early Tuesday morning.

Really? Removing the words “systematically and chronicallyâ€? “Systematically” I could agree with if the right case were made, but “chronically” is what makes bullying bullying. If it’s not chronic, or repeated, it’s called harassment and there’s a policy for that. It looks like our think-tank is at it again. You’d be surprised how the uneducated can damage things.
