This is a forward step in what should be done at Kennedy elementary. This is the best solution since there will be more growth in the future in these neighborhoods. Thank you Dinah Goldenberg for standing up for what is best for the school! A LOT of people are hoping the rest of the board does the same…please keep in mind what is best for the students, and not the bank account. Remember, you are the ones who put all of these families in this predicament in the first place, the school should have been built bigger to begin with…so deal with the money issues since the mistake was yours not the students.

With the NDSU Architectural program in town I don’t understand why the students couldn’t have a project similar to what is going on with the US Bank lot to come up with a “winner” of a design proposal. By doing something along this line there should be no cost for the plan. A student or volunteer would more than likely be happy just to have something such as a designed plan in their resume.
