A playoff…no way…I love watching the Pampers Diapers bowl live from jerkwater USA. The BCS is definitely better(sarcasm)

Every other level of college football has a playoff system. How long is the NCAA going to tolerate one of its premier sports to be hijacked by corporations and organizers?

However long it takes for the maximum amount of money to roll in. Thats what they are all about.

I don’t see why they can’t take the bowl games and makes those the playoffs. Can you imagine the bank they would bring in just in ratings?

a 20 team playoff is asinine. I would tolerate a +1 (4 team playoff) system, but anything that gets in the way of me watching the Rose Bowl on New Years can go straight to hell.

seriously, if you can’t win your conference, you shouldn’t be eligible to play in a playoff for the national championship.

3,600 people were at the “big” FCS playoff game at Eastern Washington last weekend. with numbers like that, i don’t think the BCS system has anything to be worried about.

This whole idea that you win one post-season football game and then take a vote to figure out a national champ is a joke. We need one year with Boise State and TCU in the championship game and then there will be huge outcry for a playoff from the major schools.

actually you do the poll, then you play the game. Also TCU is joining the big east in 2012, and they and boise will be in the same conference next year.
