Finally we will get to see the facts played out. I am just hoping that we get to see all of the information. In the previous article the ‘email’ by daughter Megan I found extremely interesting. That in conjunction with her dropping the custody case for Kennedy really makes me go hmmm.
I just hope that Justice is served for the Gattuso family and for Kennedy.

Let’s see now, we are to believe that Nakvanda was told to drive to the ND/SD line, and wait for instructions to pick up a car. And then he was told to go to Wahpeton and spend the night. And then when he woke up there was car on the trailer so he drove home. REALLY !! And he never was in Fargo. REALLY !! Amazing.

Why does the judicial system require a defendant to plead guilty or not guilty? Does this apply in the year 2010 or is this an outdated function, what honest person have you seen in the last 2-3 decades tell the truth and if they do they later on they change their mind and say they were under duress or some other reason. Everyone that is incarcerated is not guilty; ask them they will tell you.
