Energy Commission to set oil well standards

Dickinson Energy Committee members are setting standards for gas and oil wells in and near the city, they decided at a meeting at City Hall Tuesday.

The other thing that should have been done, as with these wells that are so close to town and in some cases in town, is to use a CLOSED LOOP MUD SYSTEM…these are in areas
that could be used later…now with a reserve pit there is nothing that can be done. If the City is going to be making changes that is one of the biggest one that could be used.
