So, he pleads guilty to molesting a 5-year-old girl and he’s in the US illegally. They’re essentially “dropping” the criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree charge, but carrying out what should be done since he’s in the country illegally?
Sounds like immigration isn’t the only thing that needs to be reformed, to me.
