I don’t believe that a GDL system will solve the issue in North Dakota. It might work for the newest generation going though the system but there are always going to be idiots on the road. The first step is cracking down on texting while driving. It’s my understanding that most of the accidents we hear about in this area are caused by drunk drving or texting while driving. get to the root of the issue instead of putting people though more crap to achieve this already difficult milemarker. Stop punishing everyone for what a few people do.
