i know many that use this program. For most it is a chance to buy more cigarettes and beer and get an extra lotto ticket every friday. Hey! who cares about lifestyle, we cant tell someone that your smoking, drinking, and gambling is taking away from your kids wellbeing!!!!! Social programs need to be linked to lifestyle choices. End subsidizing expensive and dangerous habits.
