Annual Holiday Shopping Extravaganza boosts new firms and aids needy families

The down economy hasn’t dampened the entrepreneurial spirit of area women, according to Beth Joramo, owner of Bags by Beth and organizer of the Sixth Annual Holiday Shopping Extravaganza.
It was held Saturday at the Davison County Fairgrounds.
“This year we benefitted the Helping Hand Pantry. All of the booth fees, as well as proceeds from our concession stand and a raffle will go to Helping Hand at Harvest Community Church,” Joramo said. Continue Reading
