That picture is so fake look how he’s holding it. Where are his hands? Look at other outdoor site and you’ll see some part of a hand. Also why after catching it did it take so long to get a picture and his story. I DON’T BELIEVE IT.

My colleagues and I have been thinking the same thing. Yesterday I zoomed in real close and if it is fake, he put a lot of work into it. The shadows cast by the sun seem pretty consistant for both he and the fish but then, I’m not a photo expert either. It does seem that he is a little too relaxed to be holding a 30#+ fish, especially when you see his left arm is outstretched. It would seem that the fish should easily slide off his left hand. Especially a muskie if they’re anything like a northern when it comes to fish slime. I’m still struggling to believe the photo to be authentic.
