Norm Salto needs to go —–After reading this article and listening to Salto & Frank on KXRA Open line it is pretty clear that Salto is pretty far out of touch – his rationale for not working with city on law enforcement is that county would have to borrow funds —–OK that sounds reasonable—-except that it ignores the long term cost and confusion of total duplication of a function that is an absolute no brainer to combine. So – because Norm et al do not want to borrow a few bucks we will have a total duplication for years to come!!!! Norm claims law enforcement as his strong suit and we end up with this mess???? P L E A S E vote for change!!
