The idea of good government is to always be moving forward, improving upon the foundation that has been laid by predecessors, not to tear down what was done. Continue Reading

I might add this about the health care bill.
According to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) the Democrats’ health law will increase premiums for millions of families by up to $2,100 on average, by 2016. This means that coverage will be $2,100 more expensive than it would have been if Congress had just left the current system alone.
On September 8th the Wall Street Journal reported that health insurance companies are having to increase health insurance premiums by up to 20 percent next year, in part to comply with new federal mandates resulting from the Democrats’ health overhaul.
Today, the New York Times reported that in California, rates could increase as much as 19 percent for individual policies, while in Connecticut, due to the new law, some premiums could rise as much as 22.9 percent.
BRILLIANT!!!

As far as MN. I show you this: A sad display of disrespect by a United States Congresswoman from Minnesota, Democrat Betty McCollum. It is a video that Betty does not want her voters to see, but it’s too late Betty, you have been exposed. Omits GOD!!!

I just finished my health insurance for 2011 yesterday! Result: deductible doubled, out of pocket max doubled, premium increased 32%. Ouch, ouch, owie!! At that rate it won’t be long till I’m uninsured! I kinda thought, and I’ll bet many others did too, that change and healthcare reform would mean a better insurance for a more affordable price! That’s the kind of reform I needed. Boy, was I wrong and I’ll be voting accordingly. I’m sure glade I never voted for the bums in the first place…

the article ends with “we dont want another great recession”. I didn’t notice that it has ended yet. The enormous and growing national debt will bring us down no matter what. whatever congress and the president do, the debt will continue to grow. It is a mathematical thing compounding itself over and over. the american way to deal with staggering debt is to default, go bankrupt and start over. I wonder how the chinese will respond to that?
