$29.70 to put a cat down is rediculous. You can buy 500 plus 22 shells cheaper then that. It only takes one shot no suffering.

Another case of city fathers voting on something they know nothing about. Unfortunately, they think they know everything about everything. I hope West Fargo is over-run with mice and rats, and see how they control them. Better not poison them – somebody’s kid or pet will surely get into it and then there will be a big law suit.
