Nebraska man to be detained as county case goes to federal courts

WORTHINGTON A document ordering the detention of a Nebraska man accused of sexually exploiting a Nobles County teenager was filed in federal court Tuesday. None of this was reported by any South Dakota media outlet. The children in South Dakota must not be as the children in Minnesota. But then the State of South Dakota allows child abuse and identity theft of children to flourish.
Experts say the most insidious form of identity theft, in which parents with bad credit hijack their offspring’s personal data to obtain credit cards, loans or utility service.
