We are all stressed and under a great deal of pressure with the economy bad, water everywhere with the flooding, and the social issues surrounding us. Bullying is not the answer, no matter who you are! We all need to treat each other fairly, with kindness and consideration. Companies are responsible to foster an environment of safety and open communication to prevent such issues from occurring!!!! Everyone, no matter who you are or where you come from, deserves to be treated kindly!!!
